What type of equipment do you need?

Typical stuff you’d find in a gym, Barbells, Kettlebells/Dumbbells, Cable machines/Bands, Squat Racks and Benches

How many Days/Week

4-5, Some phases will have 4 others will have 5

How long is each workout?

45-60 minutes if you don’t rest long between sets and exercises (which you shouldn’t)

What if I have joint pain?

You can actually switch exercises in the app!

How do I know if I can do this and keep up?

If you can walk you should be fine

What are the goals of the program?

My Lord, What aren’t the Goals? Burn Fat, Build Muscle, look good naked, nothing else is needed in life!

What else do I need to know?

There will be multiple versions of each of the 5 Workouts posted each week. Level 1, 2 and 3. Level 1 Is Bodyweight and bands, Level 2 is Light gym equipment, Bands and Dumbbells, level 3 is full gym - cables, dumbbells/kettlebells, barbells the whole Sha-bang! If you’ve gotten this far don’t act like you’re not interested, you can try it free for a week!
