The GRIND is the perfect blend of Strength Training for longevity, fat-loss and overall health. With Two daily options for different gyms. For those who have minimal equipment such as physio balls, bands and dumbbells/kettlbells, level 1 is your option. For those who have access to a full gym with level 1 equipment plus cable machines and squat racks, Level 2 is for you! Maybe you have to work late and the gym is closed before you get off work. No worries, everyday has a quick bodyweight workout to keep you moving forward.
